The Alfa Romeo MiTo is a compact car produced by the renowned Italian manufacturer Alfa Romeo. It marked a new era for the brand with its innovative and modern design. Compared to previous Alfa models, the MiTo features a more refined and delicate body style. Inside, the cabin is thoughtfully designed with a strong focus on ergonomics and driver comfort. However, the navigation system can be somewhat challenging to use, as it lacks a touchscreen interface. Like the Giulietta, the MiTo is equipped with Alfa Romeo’s DNA driving mode selector, allowing drivers to choose between three modes: Normal, All Weather, and Dynamic. In Normal mode, the engine output is moderated, the power steering is fully assisted, and traction control ensures stability. All Weather mode enhances safety in low-traction conditions, while Dynamic mode unleashes the car’s full performance potential. In this mode, the engine delivers maximum power, steering becomes more responsive, and the Q2 system simulates a limited-slip differential for improved handling.
The MiTo is available with a range of petrol and diesel engines. The most powerful variant is the 1.4-liter engine producing up to 170 hp, available in the sporty Quadrifoglio Verde edition, which proudly displays the iconic four-leaf clover badge.
