Do Continental tyres even need to be recommended? After the first short winter, the tyres' traction on snow is exemplary. With a fairly powerful engine and Haldex drive, they perform well in the mountains. They grip well on wet surfaces, and you can hear them a little on dry surfaces. But these are typical winter tyres. I replaced my good old TS850P with these. These are even better. In winter, on the motorway in snow and slush, they grip beautifully. Very good for quick turns to avoid obstacles. No boxing when starting from a standstill. I was very pleasantly surprised by the fuel consumption. It was lower than on my summer tyres. The tyres grip the road very well in virtually all weather conditions. Tested in Krakow and Zakopane (where I often drive). Even without Grip Control, the car has no problem overcoming snowdrifts or slush. The car is stable on the road and responsive. Snow chains are not necessary with these tyres. Read more Collapse
