Are the offered tyres under warranty?

The tyres available on our website are all new, of full value and are under manufacturer’s warranty.


Will I have to pay additionally for delivery?

Delivery is free to the UK mainland. However, shipment to Northern Ireland and other UK islands will incur an additional delivery charge of £6.00 per piece. Please note that we do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. In addition, we do not provide a fitting service.


What is the delivery time?

The usual delivery time is 2–5 working days and is applicable to the majority of deliveries. We have established 30 days as the maximum delivery time but the great majority of tyres are delivered within the previously mentioned parameter.


Is paying online safe? What are the accepted payment methods?

Yes, online payment is safe and suitable security measures are in place. We process secure payment through the Sage Pay platform and through this you can pay by card or Sage Pay transfer.

Please note that if you do not pay for your order within ten days of placing it, it will be automatically cancelled.


Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, the prices include all applicable taxes. A VAT invoice will be sent to your e-mail address within 21 working days of the date of delivery.


I don't have an e-mail address. Is it possible to use your e-shop despite this fact?

Unfortunately, we need an e-mail address for the successful execution of your order. If you don’t have an e-mail account you can easily get one via one of the many websites which offer this service. It’s simple and free in most cases.


I would like to have my order delivered to an address other than my own. Can they be delivered to a garage?

In order to make the purchase easier for you, we can send the tyres to a garage. In this case, please ensure that you inform the garage owner.


What should I do if I receive different tyres to those I ordered?

In this case you are entitled to refuse to accept the delivery upon inspection of the goods. We'll cover the costs of return and replacement. Please call customer services in order to arrange the new delivery.


Are all the tyres on your website available?

As a point of principle we do everything we can to offer only tyres which are actually in stock. However, as stock levels are constantly changing, it may be that a product is unavailable for a short time.


How can I make a complaint?

If  you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods and they are still under warranty, you should inform customer services, who will apply our complaints procedure and address your complaint to the manufacturer.


DOT code – What is the date of production of the tyres on your website?

Our company ensures the highest quality in the products that we sell. All the tyres that we offer are new, and of an age not higher than 36 months (according to the recommendations of most automotive clubs, among others Allgemeine Deutsche Automobil-Club [ADAC] and Touring Club Schweiz [TCS]). The high online shop standards of are completely in accordance with tyre manufacturers’ guidelines which acknowledge tyres not older than 3 years as brand new. is also committed to the proper storage of tyres and the constant rotation ensures that 90% of the tyres we sell have a production date less than 1 year prior to the date of sale.

In the case that in spite of our best efforts the tyres bought by a customer are older than 36 months, we offer the customer a choice: we will either take back the tyre at our own expense or offer the customer a discount for tyres which are older than 36 months.


When and how will I receive the proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase (confirmation of sale) or the VAT invoice will be sent to your e-mail address within 21 working days of the date of delivery.


Does Oponeo store my credit card details or account information by which payment is made?

No. Oponeo does not store any credit card or bank account information. Card data is transmitted only to the payment system (Sage Pay/PayPal).


Do the electronic payments entail additional fees?

No. We do not charge any additional fees for electronic transactions. You pay for the goods; delivery to the UK mainland is also free.
