    No previous experience of this brand so relied on feedback and absolutely not disappointed. Within the limitations of my driving style which is far from aggressive I find that they produce minimal road noise, roadholding is assured in all weather conditions and the odd emergency stop in both wet and dry really does inspire confidence. It has been designed to combine the characteristics desired by drivers - long life and excellent performance. The designers paid particular attention to ensuring that it meets exacting environmental standards.

Key features of the Vredestein Ultrac+ tyre include:

  • excellent longevity - Vredestein's designers have developed solutions to achieve up to 30% longer tyre life compared to the previous generation. This is thanks to a combination of a precisely developed tread shape, which is responsible for the large, square contact area resulting in a proportional distribution of pressure, and a unique rubber compound.
  • high ride comfort - the tyre construction is characterised by an enlarged flexibility zone, which, combined with the adapted size of the tyre contact patch and the slimmed sidewall, effectively improves comfort when travelling.
  • Favourable wear coefficient - the use of an innovative rubber compound has put it ahead of today's environmental standards. The abrasion coefficient is up to 30% better than required by current standards.
