I think the Superia EcoBlue 4s tyres are worth being recommended. They are pretty quiet. Taking into consideration their reasonable price you shouldn't even hesitate. Just buy and drive. I really recommend them.

Good tyres. I do recommend them to all my friends and family as the price is not too high. I must admit that even my mechanic was pleased with them.

Product description

Superia EcoBlue 4s 195/50 R16 88 V XL

Superia EcoBlue 4s are all-season tyres intended for drivers looking for economical solutions for their passenger cars. The presented model is rated in the economy class, meaning that it is offered at a price that won’t eat into your budget.

The presented model comes with an asymmetric tread pattern. Such a solution is considered to be the most technologically advanced. With this type of tread, we can make a distinction between two different sections or parts: internal and external. They differ in the arrangement of blocks and grooves and are responsible for performance in different conditions. The external part is made for maintaining a good grip on bends and while passing obstacles on dry surfaces. The internal part is responsible for water drainage and, thus, protection against aquaplaning.

As expected from good all-season tyres, Superia EcoBLue 4s have a system of sipes across the entire area of the tread. Such a solution causes that the tyre grasps the snow. As a result, the vehicle is stable and predictable (smooth starting, braking and manoeuvring) in difficult weather conditions.

Label

The Superia EcoBlue 4s tyre in size 195/50 R16 88 V, according to the manufacturer's information, has the following drivability qualities:

  • E
  • C
  • 69 dB
E C 69 dB

Fuel efficiency (rolling distance)

Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. The highest fuel efficiency rating is A (green; the lowest rolling resistance), while the lowest fuel efficiency rating is G (red; the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.

Wet grip

Wet grip is the tyre's ability to adhere to the road surface in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on the wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G, where A represents the best braking performance and G represents the worst. It is one of the most crucial safety parameters.

Noise

Tyres contribute to the amount of noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a good noise rating will lower the impact of your driving on the surrounding environment.
