The tyre is very quiet on tarmac (2.6bar), off-road I tested (1.3bar) in all conditions - it's versatile, performs well everywhere for a tyre in this class. It gets out of ruts better than the ST MAXX. Also, it has a nicer tread pattern. Very similar tyres, to the advantage of the Radars (price, tread pattern, tyre sidewall). The tyres are surprisingly quiet on tarmac for such an aggressive tread. The noise from around 100 km/h does not increase significantly with acceleration. On wet asphalt, I didn't expect good grip from tyres that handle heavy terrain well. Despite a speed index of up to 160 km/h, I accelerate them to 180 km/h. Amazing tyres, I’ve got them on my D-max, L200 and defender 130 tipper. BFG KO2’s were my go to tyre but with the increase in price, I decided against them and haven’t looked back. Considering how rough the tred pattern is, the road noise is good, they work really well off road. Read more Collapse

They were chunkier that I expected and look great. I was concerned about loss of fuel economy but only seem to have loss about 10mpg/tank. Slightly louder on road than bfg all terrains but far better off road and far cheaper. I'd buy the same again at the same price Read more Collapse

The tyres are a good compromise between off-road and on-road properties, but with an emphasis on off-road driving. From 110km/h onwards they start to buzz, and on wet and ice they are not crazy either, but overall they live up to their claims 100%. Read more Collapse

Excellent for touring, almost inaudible on asphalt. Off-road, as long as it is not very wet, it is phenomenal. Off-road, where there is fresh mud, it gets stuck very quickly and you have to drive hard to get the tyre to clean itself. Read more Collapse
