Hi, I bought the Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season two years ago. This was my first time I decided to go for all season tyres. Before this time I was always having two sets of tyres one for summer and winter. I am very positively surprised, the tyres are good, they behave well. Driving in city, mud, sand and even in winter on snow and mud - these are perfect. It was my friend who told me to buy all season tyres and he convinced me that I will save loads of money. There is no need to wait in ques swap tyres every season and also you do not spend money for and winter tyres. Another advantage is that you can spend a bit more and maybe go for premium make of all season tyres. I recommend to everyone Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season.

I purchased two years ago with the tyres and travelled around 25k Km. Surely economic (the price is similar to winter ones) behave better when temperatures are below 25 degrees (wet conditions / winter / spring) bit of worst grip in summer when the temperature is above 30 degrees. Winter conditions on the road well and the snow although not reaching the performance of winter but still more than good. Tyres are more road than off road.

I would recommend tyres from Pirelli. It is true that I was not able to test the tyres in the winter season yet, but in the spring and summer tyre have very good grip on dry roads and wet, even at higher speeds when cornering. Also a big plus for engineers for selecting the mixture, which causes the tyre is quiet and does not feel rolling resistance and good looks to . Good tyre at a reasonable price.

Limited use on these tyres as I sold the car two weeks after fitting them, but the improvement in MPG with most instant, unexpected and startling! Improvement from around 28-31MPG to between 31- 36MPG from previous Continental Cross Contact tyres! Previous experience with these tyres on identical cars has shown them to wear and grip very well, with relatively low levels of tyre noise.

This is a road biased tyre. We bought this replacement because a previous one failed - came right off the rim - on a well used forest track. There is a real unaddressed problem for those of us who have 4x4 jacked up estate cars and need proper off road tyres - there aren't any in the relevant sizes. The first manufacturer to fill this gaping whole in their range will profit greatly.

Product description

Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season 255/60 R19 113 V M+S, XL, LR

Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season is a premium summer tyre developed for SUVs. The model is manufactured using a modern rubber compound that retains its properties in summer and winter temperatures. The outcome is a summer tyre that can also cope with winter conditions. It guarantees grip and control regardless of the weather. In summer, the compound maintains adequate stiffness and prevents rapid tread wear In cold temperatures, it provides a short braking distance.

The mentioned asymmetric tread used in Scorpion Verde All Season is divided into the internal and external sections, responsible for different types of performance. Each of them is responsible for a different group of performance, thanks to which Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season behaves well both on dry and wet surfaces. The wide grooves efficiently drain water and prevent aquaplaning. The tread dries quickly, meaning that a high grip is maintained regardless of the weather.

The design of Pirelli Scorpion Verde All Season provides an even distribution of pressures over the entire surface of the tyre. As a result, it wears out more slowly and evenly, allowing you to enjoy its maximum performance throughout its life.

The history of Pirelli dates back to 1872. For many years, their tyres have been rated among the best products worldwide, featuring high quality of execution and maximum performance (they form the equipment of, e.g., F1 racing cars). The company's product range includes tyres for passenger cars, light trucks, 4x4 vehicles, lorries, sports cars and motorcycles. Pirelli is currently the 5th manufacturer worldwide in terms of tyre sales.

Fuel efficiency (rolling distance)

Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. The highest fuel efficiency rating is A (green; the lowest rolling resistance), while the lowest fuel efficiency rating is G (red; the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.

Wet grip

Wet grip is the tyre's ability to adhere to the road surface in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on the wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G, where A represents the best braking performance and G represents the worst. It is one of the most crucial safety parameters.

Tyres contribute to the amount of noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a good noise rating will lower the impact of your driving on the surrounding environment.
