Tyre details: The Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ is the ideal solution for drivers looking for tyres which offer both driving safety in different conditions and outstanding performance. The asymmetric tread pattern guarantees superb driving performance in any of the conditions typically encountered in the summer months. The tyre offers improved grip thanks to the high-performance profile which increases the area of contact between the tyre and the road by up to 10%. The Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ also delivers maximum drivability when travelling at very high speeds thanks to the tyre's unique rubber compound which heats up extremely slowly, maximising driving performance.
The new Michelin-patented Eco N Grip technology makes the tyres more durable and reduces rolling resistance, resulting in lower fuel consumption. The Eco N Grip technology plays a particularly important role in terms of fuel savings by adding a layer of polymers underneath the tread, further increasing the tyre's energy efficiency. The asymmetric tread pattern comprises an exterior section and an interior section, delivering a full range of performance values on wet and dry roads. The wide blades rapidly disperse water and minimise the risk of aquaplaning, while their specially designed arrangement ensures outstanding grip on wet roads. The Michelin ENERGY SAVER+ is the ideal solution for everyday driving both in and out of town, and will meet the demands of any driver looking for maximum performance regardless of the weather.
The ENERGY SAVER+ is manufactured by Michelin, the largest tyre manufacturer in Europe and among the largest in the world. The company manufactures tyres for passenger cars, lorries, motorbikes, bicycles and aeroplanes. The French-owned company's history goes back to 1889, when it was founded by two brothers, André and Édouard Michelin. The group owns a range of other brands, including: Kormoran, Kleber, Riken, Taurus, Warrior, Siamtyre, Tigar, BFGoodrich, Euromaster and Recamic. Michelin Energy Saver+ first impression: silence – I had never had such qui et tyres on my car. Second impression: low torque. Third impression: after about 1300 miles Michelin Energy Saver+ had to be driven aggressively – I had a feeling like I was sliding. Right now I am riding Michelin Energy Saver+ very sure , great band handling, ABS wasn’t on a single time. The only disadvantage is ( common for every French manufacturer ) the price, lower than couple years ago. Resuming: Michelin Energy Saver+ is ideal for people who want to have a decent tyre and not a race one. Michelin Energy Saver+ are daily use tyre which will turn comfortable, lower noise level, lower torque and lower wear. Another purchase: Michelin Energy Saver+. My car is Citroen Xsara Picasso Exclusive 2.0 HDI.
Namely speaking: I’ve done 100 thousand Miles on Michelin Energy Saver+. I had to purchase them cuz my previous were 8y.o. but the tread could overcome 2 more seasons. I am doing greater mileage in summer overseas I’ve decided to purchase Michelin Energy Saver+ one more time which are great in every condition: rain, heat – it doesn’t matter. The car is sliding on the road with charm. Braking distance is also very good. Concerning the fact that I have never caught a flat tyre or a puncture despite the age. So everybody who appreciates comfort and silence, should go for Michelin Energy Saver+.
I have been going for 20 years on different cars and different tyres.I could never decide on Michelin Energy Saver + because of their price. Now, as the new car is on, I can finally go for it. Michelin Energy Saver + is the best I rode. Car is riding like on a cushion as quietly and softly. Holds the road splendid. A completely different impression of driving than other tires. Previously ridden Dunlop, Goodyear, Kleber.
Michelin Energy Saver + is a very good tire, I am using the second set and I am very happy with this choice. I drive various sections of roads and is far different when it comes to road conditions and the quality of the surface. The tire highly resistant to abrasion, and hence is cheap, which for the average user is not without significance.
I bought Michelin Energy Saver + because I had to reduce the impact of fuel and wear, Michelin Energy Saver + is less noisy, it car wears off very slowly, it may not be to cheap but it was worth it and I will always recommend buying the brand, I have a second car to come, it's probably time to replace those for the same.
