Hankook Ventus S1 Evo3 SUV K127A 295/35 R23 108 Y XL, ZR, MFS, AO
Hankook Ventus S1 Evo3 SUV K127A will often surprise you with its solutions for improving comfort and driving performance.
This tyre is designed for SUVs, where durability and resistance to loads during faster driving are extremely important. In a model from a Korean mid-range manufacturer, these key aspects are taken care of by a brand new HSSC compound, ensuring a longer rubber lifespan. This was achieved thanks to twice as long silica purification process at low temperature.
The model uses a modern asymmetric tread with interlocking grooves. This design allows you to increase your car's grip in the rain when there is water on the road. Dual internal blocks improve fluid drainage beyond the tread, keeping you in full control. However, this is not the only interesting solution used in the new tyre design:
The sidewall layout has been changed, which now offers greater rigidity and improves the flow of cool air. The structure heats up less, keeping its full potential.
The tyre's belt has been further reinforced, thus improving the starting stage of the car and the initial acceleration.
The two-ply carcass engraving increases the durability of the model, offering longer mileage.
The stiffened shoulder rib was widened to provide more contact space between the tyre and the road. As a result, the car's performance on dry road has been improved.
Hankook is a South Korean tyre manufacturer, ranked among the industry leaders. The refined designs and great attention to detail in the brand's models have earned it recognition in the eyes of both experts and ordinary drivers. The company also has a second brand - Lauffen, which is a proposal addressed to drivers with smaller budgets.
Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. The highest fuel efficiency rating is A (green; the lowest rolling resistance), while the lowest fuel efficiency rating is G (red; the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.
Wet grip is the tyre's ability to adhere to the road surface in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on the wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G, where A represents the best braking performance and G represents the worst. It is one of the most crucial safety parameters.
Tyres contribute to the amount of noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a good noise rating will lower the impact of your driving on the surrounding environment.
