Fulda Kristall Montero 3 quite easily break traction even on dry-surface (despite the low engine power of the vehicle and prudence when accelerating). 2) tyres in snow and icy conditions, little trailer. Falling into a rut with no acceleration or breaking often causes loss of adhesion. You have to be very careful. 3) The quality of workmanship below average. The cause of this was the manufacturers defect. All of my four Fulda Kristall Montero 3 had the same defect. At the intersection of the tyre mold in the production of the fins are not made (uncut). It is on the circumference of the tyre extending symmetrically about six eight fins not performed on the entire width of the tire. This is clearly seen because the locations of these defects are traps rubber on the sides of the tire. Advertising of these defects cannot make sense because I watched the same tyres mounted on other vehicles. I saw eight other tyres - all with the same drawbacks. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside the UK

Fulda Kristall Montero 3 is very well presented and I think it is at all so it seems indelible long-lived. Cons: the snow/slush on average for the bad, in the dry and the water decently, fairly loud. The tyre is probably indelible (winter, winter, summer, winter about 48 thousand miles) and it looks like new. But the biggest minus for a very soft collar tyres (that portion which is fitted to a rim, a tyre technician pulls the hands or feet without the use of the machine). You have to really keep an eye on the pressure because tyre likes to just fall off the rim, especially in the winter in the cold when maneuvering in place (3 cases, 3 different sites and they all overlap tire pressure recommended the watch because the tyre is soft and falls, preferably every each refuelling). Generally poor evaluation, even taking into account price, the tyre requires attention, I would not recommend Fulda Kristall Montero 3! Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside the UK

I ride on Fulda Kristall Montero 3 first winter. The choice was not due to a good value for money. Previously ridden tyres for five years were Goodyearach Ultragrip 7 +, so I can judge by comparison. Fulda is a little bit worse at driving in the snow, but only relative. Starting from a place of acceleration of the car - the wheels have a slightly greater tendency to break traction, while doing better in the corners (it seems to me that is a little sharper edge from Goodyears). For wet and dry tyres behave similarly, with the impression that it is more durable than Fulda. Goodyears were more comfortable in resp. volume, but the difference is not large. Inhibition probably is a bit better in Goodyear. I would recommend Fulda Kristall Montero 3 to drivers with moderate driving style. A significant savings when buying, compared to the more well-known brands, and Fulda Kristall Montero really slow wears. Read more Collapse

    Opinion from outside the UK

With Fulda Kristall Montero 3 I am very satisfied. I bought them and I started using in November 2014. At a distance of less than 7 thousand miles cannot have any objections. Winter this year was rather mild, but when in the snow they performed well and in slush and residential streets not cleared of snow. I am a driver with a dynamic style of driving, but it never had to check their capabilities during emergency braking (once with a small speed on the snow, so can be ignored). Generally, I can compare Fulda Kristall Montero 3 at the moment only to Debica Frigo 2 Frigo s30 and Kleber Krisalp. In my opinion Debica are far behind. Well, maybe except for traction in deep snow. As for the noise, comfort, or inhibition of Fulda tyres surprised me very positively. Kleber is only slightly worse. For the price, I can only strongly recommend it. Read more Collapse

City - on dry or wet road surface, no restrictions, Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 work perfect in that conditions. They grip very well no matter if snow, mud etc. Highway- very well performance. No problems with track change etc. If it is about driving in the city, when the snow has just fallen and road-menders didn't manage to remove the snow - disaster. In corners they slip even from 25MPH. I get stuck in snow 3 times this winter. I have to say that Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 is not a good tyre for me. i need a tyre which will behave perfectly in every condition. My wife has KRISTALL MONTERO 3 as well and she isn't satisfied either. I do not consider buying them again coz I already know that I will not do this. There are plenty of better tyres avaliable on the market that behave better than Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3. Read more Collapse

I highly recommend Fulda Kristall Montero 3. Very good in the snow, provide a very good grip and running even in the car with rear-wheel drive. Very well sticks on dry asphalt road and in moderate temperatures (10-15 degrees). The car on these tyres is drives accurately (even at high speeds), and as winter tyres are pretty quiet. Just a revelation as tyre from the middle class. Besides, they are very attractively priced tyres - size 175/70 R14 bought, the tyres were fresh and were not in the store a few years. Immediately after fitting Fulda Kristall Montero 3 I felt the car performs better, quieter, and in very comfortable way. I am very happy and it is to the extent that the summer tyres I bought a brand Fulda (model EcoControl). Read more Collapse

Fulda Kristall Montero 3 are branded product at a good price. I must add that good retreaded tyres not give way even reputable brands, it mainly applies to when driving in deep snow. Good quality tyres, but already worn, (5-6mm tread) use during the transition period, November, March and April. Last year on May 3 such tyres allowed me to free drive when 30cm of snow has fallen sharply and living in the mountains, where the winter can be extreme at times. A very important thing is to choose the appropriate width and profile of the tyre, which will allow us to make optimal use of our car on all road conditions. As my brother says, the tyres and brakes are not spared and is 100 per cent right. I greet and wish you a nice trip. Read more Collapse

Tyres purchased in the fall of last year, now more than 20k miles driven mainly from Poland-Germany (more than 2 thousand miles a week), I rode both German and Austrian and Czech motorways. The Tyres perform well in the deep snow in the Bavarian climate where during the night were able to attack the snow after the calf, I’ve never had a problem with going even oversleep as he left the plow. On the road the car much died down - one of the passengers once said of the car was so quiet as if it was gasoline and not diesel. In emergency situations, which quite often can be seen on German motorways without any problems Fulda Kristall Montero 3 were catching grip even in bad weather during emergency braking when, for example. My friend recommended me Fulda Kristall Montero 3. A big plus for me to have them for moving off in the snow when I went on holidays with the family, drove to snowy parking lot, I saw that there is snow by the knees and on the tyre where it went next to me were 4 cars and owners with shovels snow rejection because their car could not move, as well as to get a huge plus when it comes to abrasion it did only a few thousand km but have not noticed any wear, comfort is acceptable ... cons is that noise in my car is very audible (doors without frames) and sometimes turns back to me a little running but it can be fully controlled, but rather my aggressive ride .. Overall if I had to choose it would have bought it again. Read more Collapse

Branded product at a good price. I must add that cheap tyres are not worse than well-known brands, which is especially true for the rides on the snow. Fulda Kristall Montero 3 is the tyre of the heights class (with 5-6mm tread depth) I use in the transitional period, November, March and April. Last year, on the 3rd May tyres allowed me to free ride when it is 30cm of snow is on the road and I live in the mountains where the ride is extreme. Drove 1st time on snow today, approximate 5 inchs deep and fresh overnite. I live at the bottom of a cul de sac situated at the base of a steep hill and I reversed out 1st time with no slip or skidding at all. My neighbours stopped in their tracks from clearing their drives in disbelief! Front wheel drive, I suggest all four tyres replaced for winter tyres in snow conditions as the back end drifts considerably, such us the difference in grip levels. In the dry they move a bit, but in the wet they are very sure footed and have been great at clearing water in deep puddles at national speed limits. If you suffer a lot if snow, cold wet weather then you won't regret buying these. Read more Collapse

I bought Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 because I saw the result of the ADAC test. Today, that is 09.02.2012 after first snowfall I can truly say that Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 does not match my requirements. The ESP is turning on very often when moving off on snow and cornering. When I try to brake on Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 , the ABS turns on always. I did not have such phenomenon on any of my previous winter tyres. I drive with Vauxhall Zafira 2.0 DTI 04. I have to say that you have to answer the question by yourselves whether you want to buy winter tyres which work good in winter condition or not. the only advantage of these tyres is the price. I live half of the year in Scotland and half of the year in my country house in Poland (there the winter has no mercy). I've tested Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 since the begining of this season. Tyres are good not only on snow but they have no problems with driving on ice as well. When I am driving on dry tarmac I dont hear any huge noise, But it is obvious that they are a bit more noisy than summer tyres. Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 is a very good mid- class tyre. Recommend. I bought Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 on puropse, but it was a bad choice. I live in a rocky area in the north and I have to say that this tyre is completly useless for such conditions. KRISTALL MONTERO 3 behaves well just in the begining of the winter season, when there is not too much snow. Good for rain weather. When cornering the tyres do not make any problems. I would rather recommend Fulda KRISTALL MONTERO 3 for those who see the snow very rarely. Read more Collapse

in contrast to the winter tires I got the car to it, I am pleasantly surprised. after the first 100km I'm on the set down where the old winter tires always problems made as in the approach, brakes, curves. dry, wet icy and snowy roads. I even risked more than one would eigendlich. Fulda Kristall Montero 3 are top. I have made myself in web smart and ordered from her award at this company. sure if the street are so icy as the example in the disturbed Riegen weather, hift not a good winter tires, abs udgl. more. the price mechanism can I say, I paid per mature around 45 euros. the dealer around the corner wanted since have 117 euros. I have done on these tires a little over 5,000 and not give a bad word to say no. On dry tires are perfect, the rain also. We must be careful only to deep puddles, but it's like for every tire. The car is really quiet. You have to get used to because they are very soft tires and on sharp curves, it seems as if the tire was going to the rim desire to slip off, but everything is ok I am not mad at squeals from all the lights, but even in the more rapidly reloaded the box with wheels. What rights do not drive a powerful car but does not change the fact that the pleasure of driving significantly improved after purchasing these tires. Read more Collapse

A bit difficult to evaluate the tires after a short period of use. I've had similar tires and their use proceeded without problems. Fulda Kristall Montero-I bought because of the low rolling resistance and quiet operation and a reasonable price (new tires 1-year). Can not complain about driving on dry or wet. I do not know if by this they are new or by their characteristics, according to me the tire had brake on snow and slippery pavement. Several times I forgot about thresholds slow down and happened to press the brake hard enough, and of a pleasant surprise that we managed to slow down in the snow. I would recommend. Please, I live in the countryside. I have 3 tested Fulda Kristall Montero since the start of last season. The tires have good results in the snow and ice. I drive with these tires sometimes in Schneeverwehrungen and also find the best tires do not help. When I drive on dry roads, I hear no noise, but they are naturally louder than summer tires. If I auffahre on the puddle with higher speed, I never feel that I have lost the ground under the wheels. Besides, I was in the mountains and there I booted with other 4x4 and other cars were at the site. Maybe the tires are not the cheapest, but they are worth the money. Read more Collapse

Before buying tyres familiar with przeporwadzonym test by ADAC. II-nd miejce committed to something. Unfortunately. In the case of Fulda Montero 3 am unpleasantly disappointed. Winter 2009/2010. New tyres purchased at this website. While driving on wet and dry roads ran well, just in case the snow regardless of whether the surface was whipped or not - very bad grip! Problems with ruszenim, and worst of all - a very large slip when braking. Lack of control during the execution of the maneuver. Only - good lateral support. Icy surface - as each tyre - poor adhesion. Small abrasion. Read more Collapse

Tire tragic. I bought new tires for the winter, we found that it does not inhibit not accelerate and do not twist. So I decided not to change them for the summer and they drive home ... for three years I changed them in the hope that it will finish but failed. I note that I drive very fast. After 3 years of using these tires for all seasons look like to have przejeździć another 3 - I think it proves that the rubber they are made, and that the winter is totally unsuitable ... If anyone is looking for a very durable tires and have somewhere safe and driveability I would recommend. Read more Collapse

Kristall Montero was using before 2 so before winter I bought Montero 3 and I'm happy. Winter is not too hard but I had no traction problems. To trigger on any slip slippery surfaces need to be hard pressed. As one of the streets were blocked with vehicles that may not ride due to icing is quietly toured as slippery detours. To maintain a wet winter and dry conditions I have no objections and I can recommend this model. These tires are brand product at a good price. Very good tire, which is commendable. I drive around the city and long-distance. Low pressure environment very well in the snow. I try to go quietly, but sometimes I happen to drive aggressively, and the tires never failed me. At higher speeds, the noise much lower than other tires. Recently I traveled to kleberach (tempted me some price-promotion) and are much louder about the rest of the parameters - snow, ice and wet surface does not cause problems. This is the second time I decided to Fulda and is not zawiodłem.I recommend. Read more Collapse

Honestly I have no experience when it comes to winter tires. This is the third set of a sudden my life, but the best. I have these tires in the Grande Punto and I can certainly say that the difference compared with the tires Barum Polaris 3 that I have in the Focus II is overwhelming. They are really quiet and their behavior in dry conditions sensational. On wet and snow it is also very good. When it comes to rolling resistance and hence of saving combustion, then there is no difference compared with some (Ovation) crap that I used in the summer. Read more Collapse

The tyre I chose a year ago based on the ADAC tests and was not disappointed. I have a very positively surprised by the price. On dry and wet surfaces behave better than my summer tyres. The traction and braking in winter not to mention. Overall I'm very pleased, although in really tough conditions had a chance to test them because I ride mostly on the congested roads and not picked up. In relation to the new Firestone Winterhawk 2, which also recently used the Fulda fall a little bit better, which is especially noticeable when accelerating. Read more Collapse

Driving autkiem for pensioners - Kia Shuma 1.5 in the machine - it is not a speed demon, and for such license shall be sufficient - several times I had to brake on dry and wet roads - was not disappointed. The snow OK, but again - I was in extreme situations, mainly the city, a lot of climbs and descents - mountainous terrain - OK. Overall I would recommend. Tire fully meet my expectations. Performs very well in the snow and slush. In moderate driving style in the winter I do not have any problems with the mastery of Class B front-wheel car with the power of 85 HP in terms of dry, wet or snow-covered roads. I have not had the opportunity to test the behavior of tires during the ice. After three seasons, very moderately worn tread. I will only add that every year will replace the position of the front tires to the rear of the car and vice versa. Overall, for the price, tires worth recommending. Read more Collapse

These are my first winter tires FULDA company, previously was using winter tires Pirelli W 210, Goodyear tires Ultragrip and Polish Debica Frigo 2 Compared with these models FULDA tires behave very well, I am particularly pleased with the performance on snow, but winter this year did not give too many opportunities to examine the overall capabilities of tires purchased. Winter tyres just in time for a well-balanced driving style. No problems on the snow - with a reasonable ride. Even on the ice was passable - if possible without thorns. In the snow with no problems, the mud as well. Wet perhaps a bit worse, but winter tyres will not be surprised. After two seasons of driving (5-6 months), no signs of wear. NOTE! The first time I came across humped items (2 of 4) - not suitable for balance, clearly visible during the rolling roundness. Read more Collapse

On the road, conditions often change. From spring thaws to snowstorms. They have never let me down. Thus, I will continue to use the tires of this brand. At higher speeds> 130 km / h (on the highway - dry surface) begins to shake the car (warranty does not enforceable) - re-balancing, but the same effect. On tyres I did some 4tys km in varying conditions and mostly the poor local roads plus city. Good tyres on slush and wet nawierzchnię.Na comfortable and dry even loud (like the shape of the shoes). Co. flew forward to wear much, strong diesel and purchase tyres with a lower speed rating, unfortunately, does not go hand in hand. Overall, not bad tyre, but before the next purchase would consider choosing a different brand. Read more Collapse

Tires recommend for variable weather. In the winter this year surprised several times, alternating surface was covered with snow or water. The big plus for versatility. Cons? Sometimes I felt like when wet on the rear of the vehicle turn the city fled, but at a speed above 80km / h. The second thing is sprodyczny slip on the snow when starting with a demonstration of the lights when slightly more dynamic than usual start. Read more Collapse

I use Fulda tires in my car and I recommend it to everyone. The tires are quiet, they help to save fuel, they are very stable in the full speed range. They allow much more on the road than my previous tires. It is difficult to put the car into a slip on a slippery roadway. The suspension of the car has started to work great with these tires and it's easier to drive. Well calculated price. I recommend to everyone :) Read more Collapse
