Cooper Discoverer A/T 3 is a very good AT tyre. It has a very deep tread, which is easy to clean. Even in winter conditions these tyres behave perfectly. I drove up to a slippery slope of 30 degrees with no slipping at all. This must be why those tyres are so widely known and bought in Canada and the US. On wet surfaces they behave a bit worse than a typical summer tyre, however they do better than a winter tyre. On a dry road they behave great, as a normal summer tyre. They are also strong and wear out slowly. Next time I will also buy Cooper Discoverer A/T 3. Read more Collapse

Very good universal AT tyre. Cooper Discoverer A/T 3 are suitable both for asphalt as well as for a slight off-road. Naturally, these are not typical off-road MT tyres, but they still manage in moderate road conditions. I use them 80% on asphalt and 20% off-road. On wet road, accelerating and braking is proper. At high speeds, the sound is no different from a standard road tyres, I had fitted before. The glamorous white lettering only adds to their quality. Cooper Discoverer A/T 3 are very versatile. Previously I have only used MT or standard street type tyres, so these are my first AT's. Obviously, they are different from MT's and can do less than them, but on the other hand they manage pretty well, even on snow and ice. These tyres wear noticeably faster than normal street tyres, but soundwise they seem to generate the same amount of noise. When using them I have noticed increased fuel consumption, but with this kind of tyres it's something normal. Read more Collapse

I have tested Cooper Discoverer A/T 3 tyres on harsh Polish roads. They offer a good suppression of the road’s roughness. Despite having an aggressive tread pattern they are quiet. It is difficult for me to comment on the wear that I have got on the tyres, since even after travelling for 1.000 miles, the tyre did not wear at all. Even the excess of the rubber on the connections is almost not worn. Furthermore the pricing as well as the looks of Cooper Discoverer A/T 3 are great. Read more Collapse

These tyres are not for climbing kerbs or posing on the motorway or driveway. Genuine hard working tyres for general off road got to get there driving. Excellent grip in muddy wet conditions, wet turf slopes as well as on gravel tracks and snow. Handle towing well too. Good value for money. Asked if they look good, don't care!
