I don't know if I should praise them. Continental ContiSportContact 2 are pre-installed in many cars. First I threw winter tyres away, because it turned out they practically can't be used on snow. Now after 12000 miles some lumps formed on one of the tyres. Someone will say that it's because I hit a hole or a curb. And yes, I did that, but it happened a few days earlier and I did that with a different wheel. So how did it happen? I had Nokian tyres on my Accord, the wheel could get shattered into pieces and the tyres were still intact. Continental ContiSportContact 2 are heavily overrated and not worth the money spent on them, and they are ones of the most expensive tyres. It can't be also rated as quiet. Continental ContiSportContact 2 is a very good choice, great tyre, you can clearly see that it's a premium class product. I can't imagine fitting any other summer tyres to my car. Some people complain about the noise level of these tyres, I didn't notice such phenomenon - unless the asphalt is rough, and you drive at high speed, but then the noise is muffled by the wind. Continental ContiSportContact 2 are praised by everyone, however I'm not satisfied with it. My car has about 340 HP. It is not possible for the car to start faster on these tyres, especially when it's wet. I had the opportunity to compare them to other tyres and there are much better tyres, such as Bridgestone Potenza S001, Pirelli PZero Rosso, Bridgestone Potenza RE050. Continental ContiSport Contact 2 are tyres with proper behaviour, with moderate driving in town and on the road they can last 3 seasons. and they are rather expensive. I've been using them in my car as summer tyres for almost 4 years now. I could confirm the opinions that ContiSportContact 2 are noisy but they aren't really bad when it comes to noise level. I bought ContiSportContact 2 tyres last year and I'd like to share my opinion now. I can recommend them to anyone who appreciates driving comfort and safety. They wear off a bit fast if you like to drive aggressively, that's why I prefer calm driving style. Also, please note that if you keep the pressure at the right level, you will definitely lengthen the life span of these tyres. Continental ContiSportContact 2 are definitely worth recommending. The Bionic Contours mean that the tyre maintains grip not only when travelling on straight roads, but also when going round corners and performing sudden manoeuvres. The ContiSportContact 2 is also notable for its short braking distances. You have a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase or until the limit tread wear is reached (whichever comes first),
Warranty covers defects in design, materials and workmanship,
You can file complaints at ASO (for original equipment tires), authorized warranty service centers and tire purchase points,
If the defect is revealed within 2 years from the date of sale, your tire will be replaced with a new one or you will receive a refund,
If the defect becomes apparent later than 2 years from the date of sale, you will receive a refund of part of the cost depending on the wear of the tire or a subsidy for the purchase of new tires from that manufacturer.
