I am very happy to buy this tyre. It works great on wet surfaces. A long route to the sea with heavy rainfall and I never had a situation when tyre lost its grip (there was no so-called aquaplaning). Also a revelation on dry surfaces. Probably the best summer tyre I have ever ridden so far. It's a bit louder but it doesn't bother driving. Consumption increased slightly. I didn't notice tyre's rubbing at all. When choosing a tyre, the most important thing for me was the issue of safety. I thought it was a very good choice for the summer. I can definitely recommend Goodyear UltraGrip for the winter.

I use these tyres in my BMW X3, unfortunately one of them cracked while driving, thankfully nothing happened to anyone. A damaged tyre was used for 10,000 miles, the tyre cracked across with a bead. After sending the tyre for complaint, I received opinions that the service was at fault during assembly. The service estimates that this is the tyre's fault. I was left with a damaged tyre and a lack of trust in the service from which I profit for years.

Previously, I drove on tyres from a well-known brand of comparable quality. I decided to try out Continental tyres this time. I am pleasantly surprised by the versatility of this tyre. It is really very stable in all conditions. Rolling resistance is noticeably lower than in the previous counterparts of another brand. Short braking distance on both dry and wet surfaces, with simultaneous steering precision give a great sense of security.

They are definitely better than tyres I used before. After putting them on, I had the impression that I changed not only the tyres, but also the car for the better. The car sticks to the road more confidently. Tyres are quieter and driving on them is more comfortable. So far, I have not traveled a long distance on them, but I hope that they will also be durable.

Earlier I bought Asian tyres, however, it was difficult to balance these tyres and after a month they broke and were almost bald. I decided to buy the highest quality tyres and check how they will behave, compared to Asian ones. These Continentals have no comparison to themselves. Better by 10 classes. Finally, I feel comfortable driving and can hardly hear them

Product description

Continental ContiCrossContact UHP 305/30 R23 105 W XL, FR

Type: summer tyre

Class: premium – ensures top quality workmanship and maximum performance

Intended use: designed for 4WD cars

Technical info: Continental ContiCrossContact UHP is a summer tyre designed for 4WD vehicles. The tyre has an asymmetric tread composed of two parts. Its unique pattern ensures a safe drive, on both dry and wet roads. A system of wide grooves prevents aquaplaning, which means that the tyre quickly removes water. This system also protects the tyre from overheating, which is certainly important for drivers who like dynamic driving. The designers also took care of properly distributed forces inside the tyre. This makes the tread wear evenly, providing excellent driving performance throughout the operational life of the tyre.

Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.
