Excellent tyre, quiet on the road and good grip off road, managed going off track without 4x4 engaged, 4x4 engaged no problems, not tried deep mud as I want a buddy there just in case.

Much better side wall grip with tread around the side and offset tread blocks making them cope with mud better than the old pattern. However one of the four tyres needed 200 grams to balance the tyre which spoils the look as half the rim is covered in weights.

The BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 tyres surprised me as they are remarkably good in mud and snow weather conditions. I am waiting now to see how do they behave on a wet asphalt. They look very good. Generally speaking I do recommend these tyres.

BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 265/70 R17 121 S RWL
Technology description: If you expect 4x4 vehicle tyres to give maximum performance off road and balanced driving properties in the city, then BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 is the perfect solution.
The model is equipped with a symmetrical tread that proves itself on any type of road. Such a pattern allows optimal parameters on both wet and dry surfaces. Water is quickly drained from under the crown ply which reduces the risk of aquaplaning, meaning that you may enjoy a safe drive no matter the weather.
The rubber compound used to produce BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO2 includes components that ensure flexibility. The effect is a larger area of tyre-road contact, which improves the grip. As a result, it is easier to maintain a precise track and driver-tyre communication is uninterrupted. The tyre has been specially reinforced, which makes it resistant to the premature wear of the tread and to mechanical damage arising, e.g., when passing over an obstacle.
Information on the manufacturer: BFGoodrich is a popular American company that specialises in the manufacture of medium-class tyres. Thanks to the excellent value for money ratio, their tyres are trusted by drivers all over the world. Presently the brand is owned by Michelin, the biggest French tyre manufacturer. BFGoodrich become famous as the first tyre company to develop synthetic rubber technology and to introduce it to mass production.

Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. The highest fuel efficiency rating is A (green; the lowest rolling resistance), while the lowest fuel efficiency rating is G (red; the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.
Wet grip is the tyre's ability to adhere to the road surface in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on the wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G, where A represents the best braking performance and G represents the worst. It is one of the most crucial safety parameters.
Tyres contribute to the amount of noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a good noise rating will lower the impact of your driving on the surrounding environment.
