Over five years, I have driven more than 31,000 miles on assessed tyres in various often extreme conditions. Last season was used both in summer at temperatures above 30 degrees and in winter. Thus, after the end of the exploitation cycle - 4mm tread - I can summarize these tyres reasonably. If you want to invest in comfort and safety, it will be a good choice. Precise traction is standard, moderate consumption as an advantage. I will buy them again.

The "good" rating awarded in the "snow and slush" category is caused solely by the lack of sufficient driving opportunities under the aforementioned conditions (no option - I do not judge). Particularly noteworthy is the low noise emission while driving (even with speeds in the range of 87- 100 mph) + an interesting tread design (category 4 in rating of tyres).

Tyre is considerably softer than summer one. Pretty low rolling resistance and rather queit for winter rubber. V speed rating doesnt restrict you on the autobahn, considered than snowfall is rather rare these days.

Had to replace 1 tyre due to driving over a pothole which resulted in bulge in tyre wall. More to do with state of Scottish roads than failure of the tyre. Overall pleased with tyre, big improvement of Sottozerro 2 in terms of grip in wet and snow conditions.

Never got to test their ability in snow & slush due to yet another mild winter, but performed very well in cold weather, wet or dry. My car normally spins the rear wheels very easily in cold/wet conditions when running on summer tyres, but no such issues with the Sotto Zero 3, just loads of grip.
