Michelin Alpin A4 are good. I used Dębica Frigo 2 (175 wide) and I did not notice any huge differences. They slip on ice and it isn't strange at all. Michelin Alpin A4 work very fine on snow. This year the winter was not too strong either. Debica lost the grip after 4 years of using and I noticed that in the third season on wet tarmac in temperatures +3C i was scared to drive more than 50MPH. Michelin Alpin A4 must wait 3 years so I can say something more about them.

Hi, I highly recommend these tires - proven in extreme conditions, the last attack of winter on the roads of this region. Deep, kopny snow, slush, icy surface or big rain are not a problem for these tires. I highly recommend to anyone. BMW E46 330d switched from Goodyear Ultra Grip (winter) which has just been a total failure on the Michelin and highly recommend them to other users. Long chose between Kleberami, Continenetal and the like but still fell on Michelin, and it was a good decision. I recommend!
