Sensational winter tyres – Michelin Pilot Alpin 5. I drive on Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 (225/45 R19) tyres and I must admit that they are some of the best winter tyres I have ever had! The tyres provide phenomenal grip on both wet and snowy surfaces. Even during dynamic driving, the car remains stable and the handling precision is top notch. What surprised me positively was the excellent shock absorption – despite the 45 profile, the driving comfort is really high. In addition, the tyres are very quiet, which is rare in this class. Great winter tyres. Very quiet, they generate significantly less noise than the factory Michelin Pilot Sport 4. I was also able to test them in difficult conditions and they perform very well on snow-covered roads. The car handles confidently and even with more aggressive acceleration, it does not lose traction easily. I am very satisfied and I think I will buy Michelin tyres again in the future.
