Opinion from outside the UK

Hello tires were unfortunately started by the previous owner, and from the beginning there was a problem with them, I did a repair of suspension because I thought that in this lies the problem. It turned out that the tires have between 70 and 100 grams of difference not to balance, otherwise they are very loud and hum.
