Good tire, to be improved in my opinion due mainly to the rolling noise, but overall good. Read more Collapse

I have my Kumho KU31 tyres in the size 225/55R16. I bought them because they have good resutls in the tests, and they are cheap, compared to Michelin. At first, I bought two tyres for the front axle. Comapred to my previous Sunny they are way better. After two months, I bought another two for the rear and it was there where I got a bit disappointed. At the speed of 95 MPH the whole car shakes. I got the wheels re-balanced three times, but with no avail. It turned out that my two new tyres were faulty and I got two new ones. Now it's fine, but I was nervous for some time due to that. I can say thar Kumho KU31 are very good in the rain - you don't hear anything, they cut through the water nicely. I don't know if I buy Kumho KU31 again in a year or two after such trouble, but overall I can recommend them. Kumho KU31 are good tyres for a decent price. Read more Collapse

Kumho KU31 look nice on my alloys. The ECSTA mark on the tyres looks very effective but it wears off after a few thousand miles (on the drive axle). Very quiet tyres, they drain the water from under the car like crazy. Perfect sports-class rubber compound (only the best tyres have a compound with the addition of silica). I am very pleased with them. Kumho KU31 are underrated but they are frequently used in Dakar trucks and in the US. It's worth to look through Kumho offer. They have a huge variety from slicks to go-kart tyres, car tyres and terrain tyres. Read more Collapse

I will be using Kumho KU31 tyres for the second season now. I have them fitted to my Honda Civic Type R. Compared to to Toyo Proxes T1-R they are much more durable, cheaper and they give pretty much the same grip (however, remember that you need to warm the tyre up before dynamic and fast driving). On wet road Toyo were average, much worse than Kumho KU31. When it comes to noise level, these tyres surprised me as well as they are quite silent for directional tyres. I definitely recommend buying Kumho KU31. Read more Collapse

Kumho KU31 have never let me down, so I don't look for any other ones. They are not very popular, probably because they are not as widely available and not as cheap as they were. I used to drive on quieter and louder tyres, but it's not a drawback for me. I need efficiency, and Kumho KU31 do the job very well. I am not surprised by its highest braking and wet performance indicators. They disperse the water wery well and on dry they behave great as well. I definitely recommend Kumho KU31 as a decent tyre. Kumho KU31 are not very quiet - after ca. 5000 miles their noise became significant. I bought them about 3 months ago and at the beginning everything was just fine. Unfortunately, after driving a short distance the tyres start to produce very loud rumble. After the inspection it turned out the tyres feathered. The noise in the car is unbearable and is similar to a wheel bearing failure. Because of that, I completely don't recommend Kumho KU31 tyres and I warn everyone of getting those tyres. I have to admit that Kumho KU31 are my first tyres, but I can't complaint about them in any way. I drive fast and dynamically, and the tyres have never let me down. They superbly grip in the corners, at the lights the car starts out immediately after pressing the throttle, and in the rain they give you a feeling of safety. Not to mention they look awesome. Overall, I definitely recommend Kumho KU31 - it's a great tyre at a decent price. Read more Collapse

Kumho KU31 behave very well on wet surface, except for water-flooded ruts. They also have the tendency for unacceptable swerving in the corners on dry - they are just too soft. They wear off quite fast. In my case, they quickly feathered, which resulted in high noise level and terrible driving comfort. Distance driven is 32 thousand miles. In my opinion, I find Kumho KU31 not very good, therefore I don't recommend them. Read more Collapse

Kumho KU31 are fantastic tyres. I've been looking for tyres at a medium price range, and as for me - they are sensational. I don't see any reasons to buy tyres from "top shelf", as these ones behave superbly. The only drawback is that they became quite loud after doing 22 thousand miles. However, I am generally satisfied with Kumho KU31 and I definitely recommend them to all drivers. Read more Collapse

I definitely recommend Kumho KU31. I have been looking for good tyres for a long time and I read a lot of information. Kumho KU31 are widely recommended by American and British users. After driving ca. 11 thousand miles, I am also happy with them - for me, their big advantage is their behaviour on wet surface. It handles much better then eg. factory fitted Michelin Energy Saver. As for me, Kumho KU31 are very good on dry surface, but when it comes to performance on wet, they would not go so well. My car is quite powerful, but I think they would be fine if the power didn't exceed 200-250 BHP. I had Kumho KU31 installed on the car when I bought it, but personally I don't think I willbe buying them again. Read more Collapse

Kumho KU31 behave well while starting and while braking both on wet or dry road. Predictable in corners. Very good Price/Quality ratio. The only disadvantage is their high wear. 2 seasons and I started to look for new ones (20.000miles). You cant have everything - good grip = high wear. Read more Collapse

I wear them in my Seat Ibiza. It should be 215/40 but I put 215/45 and its OK. They grip good. Braking acceptable! They could be a bit more silent, but the noise can be caused of my low class car:) If somebody like safe driving and 17'' alloys I would definitely recommend these tyres. Read more Collapse

Awesome tyres. Awesome properties! I made a lot of miles on them and they look exellent on my alloys. Kumhos KU31 behave exemplary. Now I'm wearing my 3rd Kumho set. I used KH11 and KH15. I was never disappointed. For winter I use Kumho KW17 - just splendid Read more Collapse

They grip very well on dry condition. The only disadvantege is that they rubb off vey fast . I drove 9000 miles and i think I will make only 500 mile more. Maybe they wont rubb of so fast but you have to drive slower than i did :) Read more Collapse

the price is outstanding and perhaps diminish the tire but I assure you that it has a good grip on baganto exceptional and you can easily make more than 40.000km with a train invertendoli adequately, to score lower bond strength than tires first brands you should probably go to the track. As braking and stability do not notice differences with other tires and rumorosita is very low for the appearance, even if it is an important feature, however, is a great tire already the third train that I mount and now I've done more than 130,000 pneumaatico with this before I mounted the pilot sport for two trains and was not able to do 50,000 kilometers and cost more than double. After the warranty period on 2 of 4 purchases made my blisters along the tread. One after another, an interval of 2 months. Of course, I had time to buy a new one (if I knew that the way the series at once would buy the other). They did not meet with the curb or hole, so just to be spoiled. I do not recommend. I did not buy them in OPONEO, so a zero pretensions to the store if something;]. Moreover: the dried adhesive in a kind of look good, are not particularly loud. If not for failures that would be ok and so ... In addition to the recently purchased already is in contrast to the old, made in china, so ... Read more Collapse

Advantages: Grip in dry and wet conditions - it is very good, maybe even better than the Uniroyal RainSport 2. When were new it did not feel it was the difference between dry and wet. Cons: Very quickly they consume - driven around 30kkm and are already wywalenia (about 3mm) Very quickly wyząbkowały - just teething tires - suspension I OK, but a lot of driving on the road and that's probably why. Definitely not a combo - but very good for smaller vehicles or those without multilink suspension. Read more Collapse

excellent quality / price has 27000kms forward with a rather nervous behavior and still not changed in the back More 3000kms. a noted change in the front as smooth on the two sides of the tire but still slightly above the witness on the tread I increase the pressure of 300g tire compared to originally see the new mounted train.
