Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT 2 is the successor of the well-known Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT. Compared to its predecessor, the award-winning Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT 2 is featured with 35% higher mileage , as the results show of the internal manufacturer’s tests. 

 

The development of the Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT 2 model took more than 400 professionals 2 years to create. After 5,000 tests on 5 test tracks in 5 countries and 200,000 miles driven, the manufacturer certainly can say that this model of tyre is the perfect solution for the owners of sports cars. 

 

The most important features of the Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT 2, are the wider outer tread blocks with densely placed, irregularly shaped sipes. This feature is guaranteed for superior grip while cornering. The tread blocks have a specially optimised pattern. Thanks to these innovations, the tyre achieves excellent results in breaking. The model is manufactured by the use of a very new material - gum resin. The manufacturer reached for this, as it has extremely effective adhesion on wet surfaces, in particular, excellent traction on corners. 

 

Independent tests have shown that compared to its competitors, the Dunlop SP Sport Maxx RT 2 can be proud of the 3% shorter braking distance on dry, and 6% effective braking on wet and 1.3% better traction on wet surfaces.
