Fantastic tyres! In winter,on the snow they hold very good - until the ice is really able to beat them. My brother was in shock when I turned the car on a heavily sloping, snowy driveway to the garage. He, in the same place on Barums slide sideways - we tested ;-) On a wet the Continental ContiWinterContact T780 is without comparison with lower-cost competitors. Interestingly, even in the wet braking contingency accompanied by a squeak - as in the dry. Moreover grip a little worse than in the dry. To top it all,the Continental ContiWinterContact T780 is really quiet and soft, very comfortable tyre. The only drawback is the price - but at least you know what you pay for. I highly recommend these tyres.

Previously was using tyres from Continental older type and proved themselves good, lasted very long. After use, I bought a newer model with a tread type V. It turned out to look no further. The car is excellent for both the thick layer of snow and on icy roads and through V-tread there is no problem with the discharge of slush and water. The tyre holds the road well. When driving on bare asphalt hear a slight noise but not too loud. The second car also founded Continental ContiWinterContact T780 tyres and check just as well with a more dynamic driving. I can highly recommend the Continental tyre.

this is first season with these tyres, winter is still going, but now Im definitely proud of this model. Instead of calculating benefits only to say that even a small car with these Continental ContiWinterContact T780 tyres does not lose a grip and confidently perform at speeds of 50 - 60 mph, in deep snow there is no problems, as the car travels like on rails, with braking no problems, driving is just great. A rain or drought also do not mind - great tyres, I can recommend these tyres easily.

The Continental ContiWinterContact T780 is a brilliant tyre. excellent behavior on dry and wet roads, the best snow tyres on which I traveled, and some of them were (semperity, dunlopy, pirrelli). On ice its like on ice, just spikes can saves situation. Key benefits: lateral brilliant in all conditions, low noise and low abrasion.I can highly recommended these tyres for small and medium-sized cars.

The Continental ContiWinterContact T780 is very good tyre in the dry, but in my opinion is quite slippery on wet (previously had Pirellis that better stick on the puddles. The snow can not be beat!-Except tyres with the spikes :) The Continental tyre is quite nervous on the ice , but as It catches traction its ok...It is quiet, resistant to abrasion. All in all I would recommend these tyres.

Technical info: Continental ContiWinterContact TS780 is a winter tyre for passenger cars of medium and high class which is classified as a premium-class tyre. Its tread has a directional groove pattern. This modern tyre works well in the wet and snow or ice-covered surfaces. It quickly and efficiently evacuates water and mud from under the wheels, preventing aquaplaning. Moreover, the tyre is made of a modern rubber compound, which is specially designed to provide resistance and durability during intensive operation and long service life. Low rolling resistance contributes to reduced fuel consumption.

Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.
Wet grip is the tyre's ability to adhere to the road surface in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on the wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G, where A represents the best braking performance and G represents the worst. It is one of the most crucial safety parameters.
Tyres contribute to the amount of noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a good noise rating will lower the impact of your driving on the surrounding environment.
