225/55 R16 Tyres

225/55 R16 tyres are designed for passenger cars with good engine power. The size of the tyre comes in a form of a string of numbers and a letter which informs about the type of the tyre's construction ('R" stands for radial). The first number informs about the tread width of the tyre and it is provided in millimetres In the case of the 225/55 R16 tyre it is 225 mm. The second number equals the percentage ratio between the tyre's height and its tread width. The third number provides in inches the diameter of the wheel rim on which the 225/55 R16 tyre should be installed. See our offer for more details on the 225/55 R16 tyre model.
