x Reinforced tyres

Every tyre has a load index. This value is determined by the European Tyre and Rim Technical Organisation. Reinforced tyres have higher carriage than standard and can therefore easily meet the requirements of vehicles that bear heavier loads.

x Run Flat Tyres

Run Flat tyres allow you to keep driving after a pressure loss. It is possible to drive with a punctured tyre for around 50 miles at a maximum speed of 50 mph.

Tyre size 175/70 R14

175/70 R14

175/70 R14 tyres are produced with passenger cars and delivery vehicles in mind. The size of the tyre comes in a form of a string of numbers and a letter which informs about the type of the tyre's construction ('R" stands for radial). The first number informs about the tread width of the tyre and it is provided in millimetres. In the case of the 175/70 R14 tyre it equals 175 mm. The second number equals the tyre profile's height and its percentage ratio to the tyre's tread width. In this case it is 70% out of the 175 mm of tread width. The number 14 in the 175/70 R14 tyre constitutes the diameter of the wheel rim (provided in inches) on which the tyre should be installed. Please see the 175/70 R14 tyre in our offer.
