155/65 R13 tyres are produced with small passenger cars in mind. The size of the tyre can be seen on its sidewall in a form of a string of signs. The first number informs about the tread width of the tyre (155 mm). The second number equals the percentage ratio of the tyre's profile height to its tread width (65% out of 155 mm).
