I read a lot about these tires, I admit I was keen on the price and better security than the Chinese tires. As far as traction, I'm pleasantly surprised, 425nm does not impress them. One season after me, attrition is not the worst. If heat, the tire is sufficient in terms of comfort and performance. Be warned though the rain really nice not surprised a few times on large curves. When temp. About 10 ° C. and rain aura had a really stressful situations only helped me esp from falling out of the track. Here, although the same country of manufacture convey victory the previous tires - kumho.

I must admit that my first cheap tires. I use them in a relatively strong (210km) and heavy car (1650kg). Ideal for everyday driving. Good traction on dry, wet do not have problems with dynamic moving off, the water discharge ok. The ruts comfortable and predictable. Row ok. 15000km wear 30-40%.

I was dealing with a lot of branded tires and those for big water. What's new tire is new, and this is commendable. I bought on the front axle lest they assume an old slipper, this season will fall into the same model so much.
Slightly drains water during rain, a lot of the risk of aquaplaning, high noise above 100km / h

Ok, yes they were cheap and do a job, but you pay for what you get. My Alpina roadster 3.4 previously had Michelin pilots. I had it on track and they stuck like glue. With these nexen tyres, I dare not take it on a track. Several times in damp and wet conditions I have lost the back end more than I would like. The tread is also less at 6mm to the michelen's 8mm. I fear the sidewall rigidity, or lack of it is what looses your confidence when cornering fast. For a car that gets 0- 60 in 5secs, I will definitely go back to Michelin next time. However, these nexens will get used and they have good acceleration and breaking grip, just not to be trusted in the wet.

Nexen N8000 225/45 R17 94 W XL
The Nexen N8000 is designed for everyday driving. Its asymmetric tread pattern ensures excellent driving performance in various weather conditions.
The tyres are very durable and perform extremely well on both wet and dry surfaces. The asymmetric tread pattern quickly disperses water and guarantees a reduction in the risk of aquaplaning. The model's benefits include excellent grip and thus improved safety. The model has been developed using a state-of-the-art rubber compound that maintains the correct tread rigidity over a wide range of temperatures.
The engineers who designed the tyre put a lot of effort into achieving a balanced distribution of forces. As a result the tyre wears evenly, ensuring superb performance throughout the tyre's lifetime. The model is a good option for drivers looking for a summer tyre that offers a balanced performance at a reasonable price.

Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. The highest fuel efficiency rating is A (green; the lowest rolling resistance), while the lowest fuel efficiency rating is G (red; the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.
Wet grip is the tyre's ability to adhere to the road surface in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on the wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G, where A represents the best braking performance and G represents the worst. It is one of the most crucial safety parameters.
Tyres contribute to the amount of noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a good noise rating will lower the impact of your driving on the surrounding environment.
