Information on the tyre:
Goodyear Efficientgrip is a tyre which is distinguished by its short braking distance on dry and wet surfaces, improved endurance, steering and driving precision, as well as fuel saving.
This model is produced using FuelSaving technology developed by the American Goodyear. This technology features a lighter structure of the tyre and advanced structural materials. These two elements allow for lower rolling resistance and consequently, fuel consumption is reduced. The tyres are environmentally friendly and don’t burden the driver's budget.
The tread used in Goodyear Efficientgrip SUV is produced with a large share of resins with traction properties which considerably improve grip when braking on wet surfaces. The tyre shoulder has been supplemented with three-dimensional sipes that make the tyre adhere better to the surface while braking on wet roads. The high endurance of the tyre comes from its silica content and because of this, the tyre does not have to be replaced that frequently, as the silica extends the lifespan of the product.
When using these tyres, you don’t have to worry about driving and steering precision. All of this is thanks to the low weight of the tyre and the special structure designed to maintain its stiffness on bends. The tyre allows for a better feeling of the vehicle when driving compared to other tyres.
Goodyear is the third largest tyre manufacturer in the world. The American group has a 20% share in the world tyre market. The company was founded in 1898 and as soon as 1926, it became the largest rubber manufacturer worldwide. It owns such brands as Dunlop, Sava or Dębica.
