The tyre is very good, excellent on snow, with the rear drive even empty it goes uphill, and most importantly, it is quiet, it wears out a bit quickly, but it will certainly last one more winter season ahead. Currently, tyres after 48,000 km, I used different tyres every winter, now I will definitely stick to these.

There were question marks in my head, but after using it, I found it to be a perfect tyre. Especially on snow and ice, it is absolutely fine on dry roads.

Product description

Bridgestone Blizzak W810 195/70 R15 104/102 R C

The presented tyre is marked with 3PMSF symbol (Three Peak Mountain Snow Flake). It means that the tyre meets the EU requirements for winter tyres. The symbol is awarded after thorough tests of a tyre model in terms of snow grip.

The Bridgestone Blizzak W810 is a winter tyre designed for lightweight commercial vehicles. Like all premium-range tyres, it is characterised by superb quality, resistance to damage and sensational driving characteristics. These features can be attributed to the use of an ultra-modern silica-enhanced rubber compound and an innovative tread with a dense network of edges. This rubber compound is highly flexible, ensuring slow wear of the tread and protecting the tyres against deformation. The symmetrical tread of the Bridgestone Blizzak W810 ensures easy handling when driving on wet, snowy or even icy surfaces, and effectively disperses water from under the wheels. This guarantees the highest possible level of driving safety. The same is true for driving comfort, since the model reduces tyre noise and vibrations at the same time as ensuring low rolling resistance and thus reducing fuel consumption.

Bridgestone sold more tyres than any other manufacturer in 2013, a feat it has also achieved in previous years. The Japanese brand manufactures premium-range tyres intended for vehicles in various segments (cars, light commercial vehicles, lorries) as well as motorbikes and agricultural and industrial purposes. The company is also a firm fixture on the motor sports scene, as Bridgestone supplies tyres for cars and motorcycles that take part in various racing series.

Fuel efficiency (rolling distance)

Fuel efficiency is rated from A to G on a colour-coded scale. The highest fuel efficiency rating is A (green; the lowest rolling resistance), while the lowest fuel efficiency rating is G (red; the highest rolling resistance). Rolling resistance influences fuel consumption and vehicle emissions; the lower the resistance, the lower the fuel consumption and exhaust fume emissions.

Wet grip

Wet grip is the tyre's ability to adhere to the road surface in wet conditions. The EU rating focuses only on the wet braking performance of the tyre. Wet grip is rated from A to G, where A represents the best braking performance and G represents the worst. It is one of the most crucial safety parameters.

Tyres contribute to the amount of noise a vehicle generates. Choosing a tyre with a good noise rating will lower the impact of your driving on the surrounding environment.
