I covered only 2000 kilometres with Vredestein Wintrac Xtreme S tyres and I think I can safely say with confidence that it was a good choice, I used to drive Yokohoma good tyres, but I honestly find Vredestain better, especially with regards to the lack of noise at high speeds. These days I tried them on ice and snow - perfect. Concluding, I definitely recommend

I drove about 4,000 and I found an excellent braking, in the wet has never gone into crisis, even with important puddles. On the snow, living in the plains, I had the opportunity to travel no more than 20 km, with a good grip and good braking.

I can't fault these tyres at all. I have used them on my old Passat (05 plate) winter 14/15 and Nov2015 April 2016 on my new A3 e-tron. The wear is even and they will last me another 2 Scottish winters easily.

A very well made tyre from holland and well balanced on the road with moderate noise. And the price is very reasonable as well compare to some other premium tyres in the same category. Will surely buy again.

Drove to the French alps, on the autoroute the tyre is quite & smooth. The grip on snow & ice is amazing. Would highly recommend as a winter/snow tyre

Well performing tyres for the enthusiastic driver. Good balance of price to performance ratio and they look the works too. Noticed the occasional spin out on dry surfaces however these were on days where the outside temp was above 10 degrees c. These tyres are designed for 7 degrees C and lower. Overall good grip and performance especially in the wet season.
