Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta can't be assessed explicitly. On one hand we have its behaviour on dry, noise level and shock absorbing on a really high level, but on the other hand driving on wet surface, where the problem is. The tyres become loud, and the sound they emit (probably the result of this unique tread) can be compared to a diesel engine revved up to the max. Speeds above 75 MPH on wet become a nightmare, the tread just "claps" on the surface making such an irritating noise that even my 5 years old child asked me what's the sound... unfortunately, because of that, I will not buy Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta again.

Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta is very poor when it comes to water dispersion - it's terrible when the tread is below 6 mm and the car swerves off the road in effect. It's horribly loud, and its traction is very poor. Its biggest advantages are visual look and the price. Now, everyone just have to answer themselves what's more important. I personally know that I won't buy Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta ever again.

High performance tyres at a great price from Oponeo. Delivered within 5 days as promised. Great tyres compared to a set of toyo's. In comparison, grip is really good even in the wet than the toyo's. Braking is really good too, no screeching or skidding. The tyres feel grounded when hard braking, no steering vibration nor does it pull in either directions. On first hand experience alot of rubber and grip to match - very impressed with the choice especially in the wet.

After 2 years (since bought a new car in the lounge with runflat Goodyear oponoami) came time to choose summer tires. I bought this tire mainly because of its appearance, but the reviews I found on it also did not differ from others, given the noise was acceptable, adherence etc. assume new VREDSTEINY and jade to see how the car runs. Shock! Tires were so loud that it was impossible to ride in them. Powerful noise, I had the impression as if the tire was retreaded. Maybe the tire is good exercise in cars type Corca Opel, Astra, Golf, but it is not suitable for BMW 5. Bury I sold with a big loss after driving 1200 km.

Why write an opinion as a moderator and so remove the negative and leave the positive. The two front tires fatal damage to the shoulder on the inside. These tires are the causes of accidents on motorways.

By reading the reviews on this tire and watching a movie advertisement inserted by the portal OPONEO grab his head. Nonsense! Guest users have nothing to do with the actual situation after purchase. Please do not judge the appearance of the tire through the lens! I tire of the 11th week of 2011. During this period I did about 30k miles - not a lot of it? Enough to tread flush with stops (rear are about 1 mm to stop), despite the more normal driving! The wet tragedy throws the car out of the way (position mode when the tread falls below 6 millimeters or one season), tires terribly loud. Ok traction weak, because the manufacturer has any Vredestein is the class average at best but what I saw on the inner part of the front tires beyond my worst ideas. Both tires have a crack of about 3-5 mm into the tire in place inscriptions on the shoulder of the tire, the tire on the right side further has a bulge at the place of crack !!! It is scary to think what would happen if I change to winter tires a week later! I called OPONEO, but the warranty on the tires is 24 months and nothing can help me. I would add that it is not mechanical. This is one of the great technological sell !! Tragedy.

Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta should be produced without the INNER SIDE marking. I find them unable to disperse water properly when fitted in accordance with that markings, as when you look at the car it is clear the Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta on the left is okay and the right one is fitted in an improper way...
