These tires are the perfect solution for people traveling mostly around the city. Behavior both in summer and winter at least as good as seasonal tires midrange. In addition, the cost of changing the tires fall off, you and we are always prepared for the first attack of winter :) In fact, a small minus for the noise on the wet asphalt (whistling) and the slightly higher rolling resistance (in any case larger than my previous summer tire), which translates into a little more fuel in the summer. Have Volvo S80 and stay in Scotland. I would not have any other Tyre on my car than Vredenstine, Done 42,000 miles from the first set i fitted and their was still a few thousand left in them, Excellent in snow and good all year rounders. I know cars and tyres as i have worked in the motor industry all my working life and they are the best money can buy. Just try them and make your own mind up. They are not cheap but then again they are not going to break the bank.
