After changing tyres Uniroyal 550, I felt what it means braking. Tyres stick to the surface in a surprisingly good for me and for my moderate driving style. In dry conditions you have to work very hard to ABS to work. On wet roads the ride is pleasant, calm, even without any surprises when going through puddles. If you continue to use these tyres will bring similar experience - probably buy again.

After reading many reviews on these tyres I decided to buy them. After installing and ekspoloatacji in the first season I was simply blown away. In dry conditions, you know, most of the tyre performs correctly. Uniroyal gave me a sense of comfort and even joy to drive. Wet-surface revelation, virtually zero unexpected slip, water drainage from the tyres quite exemplary. But the euphoria has passed the ekspolatacji in the second season. I would add that in a year I drive around 30000 km. Unfortunately, after a slight tyre wear (maybe disappeared about 2 mm tread) began to make noise. Noisy tyres give the notice as soon as you change the wheels from winter to summer. Exercised winter tyres on dry quieter than a little worn Uniroyal. Let no one here thinks that is bearing noise, I can assure you that it was the tyres. Maybe I was just unlucky and landed on the poor in this respect the party? (Made in portugal), I do not know. Frankly I find it hard to come to terms with the fact that the tyres as good driving qualities so noisy after some use. It is a pity.

The tyre is relatively soft, and so on sharp turns uślizg minimal feel to what you can get used to, but you need to know. This also has implications for starting and braking. The wet and water: a revelation! H2O excellent drainage and do not feel I happened to aquaplaning. Comfort, noise, appearance, rolling resistance: OK. But the use of - known - rapid compared to the harder tyre.
