Tyres have performed satisfactory for the short duration whilst on the car. I have the summer tyres re-fitted when the the temperatures rise. There doesn't seem to be any reason to spend more on competitors tyres unless you are vain and do most of your talking in the pub! They certainly give you more grip and confidence in slippy conditions, and I would recommend everyone to fit winter tyres during cold months.
