Despite the fact that this year’s winter wasn’t too harsh and didn’t allow to test these tyres in severe conditions, I’m very happy with my purchase of these tyres. The tyres grip the road firmly and driving in the rain, even heavy one, and through the puddles is not a problem. “Uniroyal MS Plus 66 is a solid middle class tyre, highly recommended for drivers who appreciate quality at a reasonable price” – I have rewritten this sentence from the manufacturer’s advert, because I fully agree with it. The only thing you need to get used to is audible humming heard in sharp corners which require to reduce speed to 25-30 MPH, but it’s just a minor point which doesn’t affect the overall assessment. If nothing better appears on the market, I will exchange my tyres with a new set of Uniroyal MS Plus 66 (and it depends on their wear – as for now, it’s OK).
