Toyo Proxes T1-R are excellent quality tires. In dry conditions behave great. In overcoming curves at higher speeds any slippage. On the wet surfaces is a little bit worse. So far I didn't have better tires, so both cars run on Toyo Proxes T1-R.

Although I just got these tyres for the first time, I think they are excellent. Previously I had Michelin Pilot Exalto 2 tyres and I think Toyos don't stand out from such great brands as Michelin that much. They are on the same quality level and are worth purchasing. They have great traction, look great, and behave sensationally on dry and wet surfaces. I recommend the Proxes.

I did about 1500 miles with 195/50/15 T1-R on wet and dry testing their grip, and I'm positively surprised. On wet they sometimes had a slight grip loss on fast bends, but my car kept its grip on dry. They're a bit noisy, taking into consideration that Civic 5gen. is not very well soundproofed. 45 pounds per tyre is not much. I would recommend these tyres to those who appreciate the driveability.

Naturally, not tested in winter. I didn't calculate its rolling resistance. tread wear is insignificant as the car on which the tyres are mounted (VW Golf Mk II VR6) The car does sensationally on dry surfaces, however on wet unfortunately even ESD is useless (320 Nm of the VRi does its job: D)
