I have used these tyres on two different BMW X5's the first one a E53 and then a E70. The E70 had horrible runflat tyres on 20" wheels when I bought it, so I bought a new set of 18" wheels with the Toyo open country A/T's on them. It was like driving a different car. Gone was the harsh ride and the car felt so much better to drive. I did have the opportunity to drive the E53 in the snow with the Toyo's and they handled very well. I would recommend these tyres for anyone who has a SUV. To quote Vincent Price, "If I may put forward a slice of personal philosophy" Don't bother with summer tyres on a SUV use a decent set of all weather tyres like the Toyo open country A/T's.
