I bought these for my GTC VXR as they came standard with the car whenever you buy one. I stuck with them as they gripped the road superbly! Yes, they are expensive, but not on Oponeo (got them for about £148 instead of £250 everywhere else) but when you have your foot down in a 280bhp car, you know you're going to go through tyres! They are sticky in the dry and good in the wet, but being a sensible person, you know not to go daft speeds in the wet regardless of what car and tyres you have. I'd recommend these for daily use and for when you have a heavy foot..

Jaguar XF car D 275CV 245/45 / R18'm on my second pair of Pzero I could not resist returning to Pirelli despite that last bit. The tire has excellent grip on dry surface, can take advantage of the the last engine of 275cv But when it rains especially if there is plenty of water you no longer have an exceptional tire and have a correct one. Another positive aspect is that dry performance remain high until the last km before changing, thing I had never seen before. This does not occur if wet and the tread is noticeable worn out. Another story is the duration less than 30,000.. Noise and comfort are acceptable Goodyear effcient provide better grip on wet road but when you give full throttle power they can not withstand.

Pirelli P Zero is by far, the best tyre I've used. Very good grip, there is no problem on any corner. Good driving at high speeds.
