Pirelli P Zero is a very good tyre. I can't see any disadvantages. Well, apart from the price. Money spent once - tyre lasts for years. Very well known - Pirelli will not manufacture a bad tyre at all :)

Just recently bought my 2012 reg Q7 and decided to put 4 brand new tyres on it. I ended up picking pirellis given they are a premium brand and pretty decent price. They provide good grip in dry and wet but disappointed with the road noise that they create. At certain speeds on the motorway them seem to create a howling sound. Next I will be choosing a different brand of tyre.
