I drove in the for a total of over one million kilometers already ripped off a lot of tires. I can say that Nokian WR D4 are superb in case of quality, handling and traction. Previously i rode on Debica Frigo which were pretty good but rather average on the dry and in the corners. Pirelli very feeble, Goodyear Ultra Grip 7 very good, Fulda Krisalp average quickly run out, the Bridgestone Blizzak greatest failure is the worst tire I've had . with Nokian WR D4 wet is sensational 6+ marvel at dry as the summer, the snow dry as the water 6, wet snow and slush 5-, braking and drivability on the snow 5+. Perhaps there is a better, but I will not be looking further, in winter i will only be choosing NOKIAN from now on.

Use it for a 5000 km holiday trip trhough 7 countrys, get to drive at minus 15 and plus 17. Grip is perfect, especially on wet surface.highly recommend this tyres for a nasty winter.

I haven't had the opportunity to drive in the snow, although I have driven in -1 conditions. Good grip in the dry & wet Jan 2016 - very wet. The tyre is quieter than the OEM tyres fitted to the car and more comfortable on pot holed roads. Very pleased with the tyre so far. Bring on the Snow
