I bought Nokian WR A3 as I was influenced by all those good reviews about that particular tyre. The price was very good and also I thought that Scandinavians should have made good snow tyre as winter in that part of globe seems to be pretty heavy tho. I waould like to mention one very important thing that my car's suspension is pretty much used and I believe that it has it's dramatical impact on the braking distance. I can surely judge the tyre after I drove a whole winter season on that Nokian WR A3. I can say that the grip is very good, it gives very good comfort while cornering (bear in mind my cr*py suspension). I have to say that Nokian WR A3 seems to be a very silent tyre. Driving on those was a nice experience for me. I would say that I would improve the braking distance, but still it is very hard for me to judge it while my front suspensions isn't fully operational. All in all Nokian WR A3 is a perfect winter tyre for passanger cars.

Very good winter tyres. I do a lot of driving in rural and exposed areas. Compliment the AWD of car very well. Had no fear of being stuck and was able to enjoy the car in all conditions including several inches of snow.

Had conti's before and replace fronts with these. I find turn in is much improved, the grip felt inspires confidence in most conditions (dry and wet) - can't comment on snow/ice as haven't experienced any since buying them. Stability in wet is awesome and and very confident on no aquaplaning, and that the car will turn when I reach a corner in very wet conditions.

Translation

I found little snow if that test and not cold so I moltro reserves next winter to better understand the product. The bump absorption and silence in rolling are still great. (Tested on Honda FRV)

I don't know if it was bad luck or a tyre that is prone to punctures ,I have still got 2 types still running they seem to be ok ,milage is 3200 ,I hope to see at least 15000 ,and no more punctures ,I will let you know .Bryan
