Already ridden winter tires Debica Frigo (Opel Vectra) and Fulda (C5). Nokian WR A3 estimate of the three most. I drove them approx. 1500km this winter and so far I'm very pleased. Driving at high speeds, forces me to care for the selection of tires, never saving money - it's my life depends on them. Nokian A3 model is very good at highway speeds of up to 200 km / h (eg. In Germany) the feeling of the car is very good regardless of the conditions. Inhibition perfect. Rain is not a problem. Temperature -10 and frozen asphalt do not join, or assist steering ABSu. The tire of the class as a great 3D Dunlop although I thought then it will be hard to match. Overall I would recommend A3 anyone who cares about himself and his family. I drove 8 thousand miles under various conditions (including in the mountains at -10). The tire failed to raise the combustion compared to summer tires. Tire Balancing smooth. As compared to summer tires (I Dunlopy) bit louder, but quieter than many I've had winter tires.

In my view, these Nokia excel very well. Its superiority over other tires show especially in the aspect of driving in the snow and slush. Both running and braking in such conditions are exemplary. In my opinion, better than even in Continentalach Conti Winter Contact or Michelin Alpin A4. Unfortunately, I have not had the opportunity to check their braking capability on ice, but I suspect that is similar to the tires I mentioned due to the fact that Nokian is a blend of rubber with a similar softness. Asymmetric shape of the tires giving a lot while driving on a wet road and even when driving fast aquaplanningu effect was small. If the durability of tires will be enough for me to definitely buy them again. I highly recommend to others this model.

I am very impressed of how good my new Nokian WR A3 actually are. What impressed me the most was the noise level, it is as low as with summer tyres. I can barerly hear the noise generated by rolling resistance. I think that the rolling resitance has to be relatively low on those Nokian WR A3 as I couldn't believe that they are performing that well and generating small amount of noise. I have previously used a lot of tyres: Pirelli, Goodyear, Frigo2, Michelin, but my Nokian WR A3 seems to beat those tyres pretty heavily. I can also say that the snow grip is very good. My last tyres were Michelin Alpin and they were not even able to move off without skidding. I have to get back to that low noise level which I think in my Nokian WR A3 seems to be much silent than in many summer tyres.

Nokian WR A3 are trully great. I was a bit prejudiced before I bought them but right now I know that Fins know how to make a good winter tyre :). Nokian WR A3 has splendid winter properties. You can almost feel that they are made strictly for winter puropses as they performance couldn't be better. What is also very important the tyre does not rub off that quickly and in my opinion as far as the UK weather conditions are concerned winter tyre should not wear of too qucikly as the temperatures in winter are often higher than 5 Cellssiuss. The noise level is that low that It was very hard for me to distinguish whether Nokian WR A3 is a winter or summer tyre :)
