Translation

On snow and AWD, you'd drive a vehicle with caterpillar as traction is good! And very correct on wet or dry roads for winter tires.

I demand the best from my tyres and am highly impressed with the Nokian WR A3. I was unsure to start with as it is not one of the big name brands, but having read some reveiws I decided to take the plunge. Having driven the full winter season on these last year and just considering getting them out for this winter I cannot fault them. They stick very well to cold tarmac (wet or dry) completly eliminating that 'greasy' feel that you get with summer or all season tyres when the roads are cold. Even with a slight frost or light snow covering the road these tyres still left me feeling confident in the rubbers ability to keep the car where it was supposed to be. I never got to try these in any heavy snow, but I have them fitted to a rear wheel drive sports saloon so probably wouldnt want to anyway. The grip on warm tarmac is not as good as my summer tyres, but I would certainly not mark these down for that because it is not what they are designed for, these tyres are winter tyres, and I can only assume that those users that have mentioned about a slight lack of grip on wet surfaces are comparing these to a summer tyre on a warm road.

I have used these tires for the first season. I only have some doubts about the durability, the rest are satisfied, then if I can get us four winters with a good seal as with my previous .... then I will have done a good buy!

good tires all round, very good performance in terms of three and less if you drive a car rear wheel and need to get steep slopes in icy conditions or snow. Then this is the tire for the job .and make s well in warm conditions.

Translation

Nokian exercised a great in the winter season. Fared very well in the snow (although this year it was not too much) but also well on dry and wet surfaces. I recommend buying these tires because in my opinion are the best in this price range.
