Im a driver less than two years. Before Nokians W I used an unusual set of tyres zimowych Pirelli-front / Debica-back. When I started I was delighted with these tyres (not slip on wet curves, much much quieter, no problem with mud) so probably I would give them 10 of 10 but the fact is that I do not have the experience and the 8 000 miles I did on Nokians accounts for 80% of all captured miles by me in winter - so do not have a good comparison with the other tyres. As regards for the particulars: 1st- fuel consumption droped after changing the tyres (over 1 liter of gas for every 60 miles) 2nd -The noise level has dropped significantly-especially when driving over 60mph, 3rd - I have not had a problem with slippery on wet or dry surface, getting stuck in the snow, etc. I can easily recommend the Nokian W tyre.
