I was very pleased and nice surprised by the behavior of these tyres. The Nexen tyres perform fobulous on wet and dry roads.. During braking it behaves predictably, it is easy to feel the moment of balancing on the verge of the grip which very often activated the ABS. The behavior in snow is very good, the noise level is quite low considering that they are winter tyres. I will buy Nexen WINGUARD SPORT tyres again. I do recommend this tyres and oponeo online shop.

Used for the fist time when snow arrived and it was brilliant. I was quite rural at the time and was not sure as previously I wuldnot travel far without slipping. So grip was brilliant and was able to pass cars that were struggling. Really glad I purchased.

Removed the summer tyers as this 160 BHP Abarth 500 was not doing well in the cold weather at all :-( And fitted 4 Nexen Wingurd Sports 205 / 40 R17 and the car is so much better :-) on wet cold roads you can pull away with out the wheels spinning up, in the ice and snow its now a dream to drive :-) in the dry its also very good lots of grip :-) they are very low on noise, :-) lower than the summer run flats , and a very good price :-)

Wasn't expecting miracles from a cheaper brand of tyre than I usually put on my vehicle but I was shocked at how good these actually are. Much more cornering confidence and a low road noise makes for an all round good tyre. They do throw the road dirt onto the paint alot more than normal summer tyred but it doesn't matter when your interested in safety for having 2 under 3 year old in the car.

Nexen Winguard Sport were bought a year ago and from the first moment I saw them I was yearning to test them. I just want to emphasise that I’m a demanding driver who sees safety as the prime aspect since I’m not only a driver but also a husband and a father. First result was A pleasant surprise: braking distance at 60mphs was 40m. Especially that the road was wet. Concerning noise, it is barely hear able. Korean manufacturer set a limit of 73db but imo Nexen Winguard Sport is way more silent even than my summer tyres in the same size. In total: I recommend Nexen Winguard Sport in 100% and summer tyres as well. Price to prize – a good choice.
