Fantastic tyre - both on dry and wet surface. As for winter tyreMichelin Alpin 5 is very quiet. When it comes to driving on snow and mud, it is very well, but when you drive to drift sniff biting down in the tread is able to turn the ESP - where the tread is clear that there is no such possibility. The only minor drawback is that the tread collects stones (And it is quite a large problem). Generally in good conscience recommend the Michelin Alpin 5 (at least size 205 / 60R16 92H).

Excellent tires, tested in harsh conditions (Alps), not once did not need chains in winter in Austri, although I noticed an increase in burn about 0.5 liters per 100km. besides flawless.

Michelin Alpin 5 tyres are not the cheapest but in retrospect I have to admit that the choice was very good, and now would not have bought other tires. Tyres were doing very well on the road where the snow was thick, glaciated layer of snow was not the problem. During heavy rain or snowfall journey on highway at a speed of 140 km / h was not the trouble. The car sticks to the track perfectly. Braking distance very good. Incineration has increased slightly - almost imperceptibly. With a clear conscience I can recommend to all Michelin Alpin 5 ps. If only everyone drove on these tyres, it would be safer on the roads. :)

I'd buy them again, they are on my front wheels with a standard set on the rear. Great confidence in the snow/slush/wet. Thumbs up
