Tyres are extremely loud in the 80-90 kmh range and above 130. Despite the cool tread pattern and the deep-cut at the first glance, in two or three years there may be a problem in the case of an over-zealous policeman - the grooves are shaped so that in some places the incisions are more shallow about 3-4 mm and I do not mean the wear indicator of the tyre. When it comes to safety, the tyre holds well both on dry and wet surfaces and is equally solid on curves.

My car is a 200 horsepower Hyundai Sonata from 2012. I have been thinking a lot about buying a new set of tyres as my Continentals worn out. I decided to take a chance and purchase the Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres because I did not want to spend too much. What is more, I think it is not worth going for expensive tyres unless you have a premium class vehicle. I do not do 2500 miles monthly and I drive mainly in the UK so I do not need top quality product. From my point of view, the most significant advantage of Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres is the fact that they suppress all kinds of unevenness in a sensational way even though the profile ratio is 45. The tyres are quite comfortable and pretty quiet. I did not notice a crucial difference between these Kormorans and my prvious Continentals. It is easy to speak inside a cabin while driving at a high speed. They are doing well both in dry and wet weather conditions. To be honest, I did not expect these tyres to be so good. Admittedly, I had an opportunity to test them only in a city. However, I am sure that they would do good in more demanding conditions as well. All in all, the Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres are worth purchasing taking into consideration their overall performance, comfort they provide and, of course, the price. They have a rim protection bar that helps to protect wheels from a kerb damage and small stones on the road. I did not experience any problems connected with balancing and my car drives like it was a brand-new. I would like to recommend these tyres to everybody.

I have done approximately 23.000 miles on the Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres so I can say something about their quality. I heared them only when I drove at a speed higher than 120 mp/h. In a daily drive they are rather quiet. I have been driving my car both in a city and beyond it (the ratio was 50% city to 50% long routes). Driving in corners is a pure pleasure. I think they are quite hard wearing tyres. Definitely, durability is their strong positive aspect. The rolling resistance is low, which has a positive influence on a fuel consumption. I had read about Kormoran GAMMA B2 tyres before purchasing. I watched some road tests and I think I made a good decision. Their rubber compund is not too hard so driving is comfortable. They may lost grip in heavy rain weather conditions. However, in my opinion, they are still one of the best tyres taking into consideration price and quality. I do recommend the Kormoran GAMMA B2 to everybody.

The tyre performs well on dry surfaces, keeps traction on curves. The only downside I may have noticed is the problem with starting off on a wet surface causing the slip of the drive wheels. This may be due to the high power of my engine though (243 hp). Earlier, I bought more expensive Continental and other tyres, but they were no better than these. If you do not drive a competitive test, these will do fine.

The tyres perform well on dry surfaces, on wet roads it is possible to slip with dynamic starting. The tyres were adjusting to driving long time after fitting - about 350 miles! The noise of tyres above 50 km / h per hour was unbearable. The tyre dampens unevenness well, and despite the fact that it is very soft does not affect the increase in combustion compared with other tyres in this class. The softness of the rubber also does not affect the tread wear rate. After covering approx. 3,500 miles, the tyres will deform during a longer stop (eg overnight). On the steering wheel one can feel a very strong vibration of the wheels, which disappears after driving few miles. Due to this disadvantage I do not recommend these tyres, unless someone needs a cheap tyre for one season.

After about 5000 driven km have not seen any major drawbacks. In my opinion, if you drive a moderately ie. If you need to accelerate but does not ride like a maniac, these tires are ideal. Price as its quality is perfect, so why overpay? With a clear conscience recommend.
