Tires for dry conditions are listed in August after a fashion but in the wet total failure. Several times failed just in the wet a few bumps and ditches included braking behave like a sled on the snow. They are too quiet but it is not enough. Using them does not feel safe that is why I would not recommend it to anyone even warn when braking in the wet.
