Hankook Winter icept evo2 W320 works much better when temperature is low and even some snow or slush leys down. When weather outside is more summer than winter this particular tyre loses a little bit quality. It is much better when it is kind of cold outside. Noise and the fuel efficiency are not the most important for me too. The main thing is the grip and it is just great but only on wet and slushy road. I have not noticed better fuel efficiency but it is not higher at least. Worth the money as it works for purpose of winter tyre.
