I chose these tyres because of my reluctance to frequent visits to the tyre specialist, and also because of the way I use my car - low mileage in the winter season (up to 3000 km) done mainly in the city. I usually drive further in the summer. The tyres are a decent alternative to seasonal tyres, however - there's no denying - they don't blow my mind. In the dry I have no complaints, although on hot asphalt they squeal a little in corners. On snow it's OK - not much better than on summer tyres, but not as good as on Debica Frigo. I gave the wet rating a 3, but not for driving in strictly wet conditions or on puddles - which these tyres can handle normally - but for driving on damp asphalt. It's simply a drama - several times I've been skiing with the ABS going crazy! Interestingly, when it rains well and the asphalt is very wet, I don't have this problem. So driving on wet asphalt is the biggest weakness of these tyres. When it comes to things like handling confidence, ease of balancing, quietness and ride comfort, it's great. You can tell this is a premium tyre. At 150 km/h, the tyres ride like a string without any discomfort whatsoever.

Tires exercise properly in all conditions. For wet and dry asphalt behave confidently, snow and ice are predictable and allow for stress and a smooth ride. I did not feel the difference compared with winter tires on snow and ice. On dry and wet pavement are a bit noisier than summer tires. Very good option for those who do not like change and annual mileage tires are not too high.

Good all rounder, though will let go quite sharply, with little warning if pushed beyond the limits. Great in snow and in very cold weather (if you know how to drive in these conditions, which most people don't). excellent in the wet, very little aquaplaning unless you hit water over 2" deep at anything above 60mph in which case hang on tight and learn to drive a powerboat!

The tyre is loud, compared to summer Continental ContiPremiumContacts and winter ContiWinterContacts, but in comparison with, for example winter Uniroyals, they are great. There's no problem on snow, I drove on them up the hill on snowy road, on which there was an order of using chains, without using snow chains. As for my sports driving style, the grip in the corners is a bit too weak, the car can swerve to outside lane when exiting the bend. During normal driving, up to 80 MPH, it's not noticeable. Clearly audible in summer, if loud or not - it depends what tyre was used before :-)

I bought these tyres with a new car, I decided not to change to winter tyres, and I'm not disappointed. If you don't drive in mountain area and on routes which are not clear of snow, it's fine. In summer they're a little too loud and have less grip in tight corners. I recommend Goodyear Vector 4Seasons for cars used mainly in the city :)

The tyres are good but have a maximum service life of 3 years in winter conditions... After this period of time, even though the winter indicator is about 1 mm away, meaning the tread height is about 6 mm, the tyres start to crumble and the rubber hardens. In the summer, when it rains, the grip decreases, especially when starting and braking... Generally good tyre for people who drive a lot, i.e. max 3 seasons and then replacement. I used them for 64,000 km during 3.5 years.

They say that if something is designed for everything, than it's useless. However, Goodyear Vector 4Seasons are a complete denial of this statement. However in the size 195/50R15 they caused problems in winter to me. They were slipping a bit - I sometimes felt that I'm driving like riding the sledge - they coldn't handle a thin layer of slush (by this term I mean fresh snow, slightly melted, forming the specific "mud"). To my surprise, even in difficult terrain (rural dirt roads) on snow they behaved sensationally. Their definite drawback is that in the third year of using, which has just began, they have small, but numerous damage in the tread. Apart from winter I can't complain (they're maybe a bit louder than normally in summer).
