For the last three years i've had Ultra Grip 7 with Goodyear and i must say I was very pleased. So when I changed my car I bought the new Ultra Grip 8 and that was a right call. Despite rather big roll-resistance they work briliantly in snow and slush. As well as on dry, really. I use this car to get to work every day. about 30 miles, few of which are on the motorway. Goodyear Ultra Grip 8 is 100% in evey way, so they are really worth the money you have to pay for them. I think there is no point in saving on something that potentially might save your life.

Yet it never occurred to me to be a problem during winter driving on these tires, no matter what happened was the pavement. Corsair sticks to the road like glued. 2 years ago I drove to the parking lot where I was on the threshold of snow and no problem went without a shovel.
