I have driven about 1.2 million miles, of which about 300 thousand. km in winter. I've read recommendations UG7 - bought with confidence and curiosity. I had a different winter tyres on different cars: Uniroyal, Continental, Dunlop, Barum - Polaris 2, the previous models Goodyear. Currently I have in addition to the other car UG7 latest Goodyear Ultragrip Performance. I can tell you one thing - never had any winter tyre was not as great as UG7, did not give the satisfaction you drive - great in the snow (the drive and braking), great for water and slush. On ice without studs zwojujuemy no miracles, but also here UG7 better than others. Extremely quiet, incredibly soft and comfortable - in the car, do not feel the pavement, potholes. Inhibits the dry well, corners - even harsh - it takes pretty good for such a soft tyre. However, definitely not recommend ride on it in early fall or late spring at temperatures above 15 degrees - squealing around corners and under braking, the ABS activates quickly, very quickly rubs off - no but then something for something in the end is a great winter tyre, not multigrade tyre. Looking at a moderate price - there is no better winter tyres in this class! - New Goodyear Performance have little harder, less comfortable, far worse braking from high speeds, but overall a great. I highly recommend anyone who has not yet chosen and hesitates.
